Why Most Fail With AdSense

I call it the “Hodgepodge Theory.” And if this applies to your site, it may be a big reason why you aren’t seeing your AdSense earnings increase.

Watch the video below to learn more about why I believe many people struggle with building their AdSense revenue…

I’m not sure about the search box but you the 2 link ads and 2 ad units are too many. You can only have 3 total blocks of Google code. I think the search box is OK, though.

Google has now increased the Google Link Units to 3 per page, and Text Ads 3 per page. And two referal/Google Product links per page. Also no more than 2 search boxes are permitted per page.

jazzianbutt,

Your ads look relevant to me, but sometimes when there are not many relevant ads in the database, Google has to do the best they can to target them to your content.

Maheswar,

If it’s the site you listed here it’s probably because you don’t have a lot of content. The whole purpose of AdSense is to match the ads to your content but since you have mostly pictures it will be hard to serve up relevant ads on your pages.

This may sound so dumb but what exactly do mean when you say not enough content? Are you saying just information on your site about your site or interactive things you may have on your site to keep it interesting.

Kendra, I meant not enough useful, informative, unique content that keeps visitors interested and coming back for more.

Lisa,
Thanks for all the great information. I have been putting it to use and have started to earn some money with adsense. My site and blog are about a topic that I am very interested in (money saving and earning tips) and so far things are getting off to a great start. I appreciate the information you have shared!

I read about Vedio ads .But i can’t put video ad in my site because i could not get the code for vedio ads.
I know we can put 1 vedio ad per 1 page.
but I cannot.
Please help me to put 1 vedio ad to my site.
