I recall building numerous sites that would take over a year to develop - then ....NOTHING! My worst was a 15 month project that pulled 80 members in the following 12 months. Terrible! But still I am confronted by people saying "I've got this great idea for a website...." WRONG!!!!! You are not your customer!!! Find out what people want first using intelligent research strategies, then give it to them. Not the other way round! John I wish I had of read this about 7 years ago.
