    Nice video Lisa but I was more interested in knowing was the traffic turning into sales for her…given she has a masters in english and can do various professional writing jobs for her visitors? I didn’t notice google ads…so I’m assuming that’s where her income comes from? What’s her conversion for writing jobs? Thanks.

I’ve been watching your videos on YouTube for a while now and want to thank you for those as well. My blog is only about 3 months old and I started it with ZERO blogging knowledge or experience. It’s been a blog about making the blog as I learned how to blog :)

    You have stressed several times the importance of focus– how common it is to try to do too much when you’re just starting out. I felt that urge again when this video was over. I wanted more, but I realized I have to wait a few days for your next post. The fact is I will spend the next week just trying to absorb the knowledge in these seven and a half minutes. Thank you!

    Hi Lisa, Kiesha is an awesome person and mother as well as a great blogger. She’s really focused and very gracious. I was lucky to get a guest post in on her site – which continues to send me traffic. The other day I mentioned to her that she blogs in her sleep and we had a good laugh. I know she’s grinning from ear to ear based on your case study. Go Kiesha!

    This is my first visit to your site, via the theinfopreneur forum (Kiesha) and I’m already learning that I try to stretch myself too thin. Although, I have begun to stick to only twitter and one forum to interact with bloggers. Thus far, it’s worked wonders. Love the video and the site.

    I was not able to see the video, because I am on very slow connection now, but from the comment I know the theme might be focus and also because I have been to weblogbetter before, I know how excellent, the blog owner is and the way the design is different from most blogs.

    Wonderful study, I’m so glad to know Kiesha from another perspective and this has given me even more respect and appreciation for all she does.

    And, you Lisa, as well … this study is so enlightening. If it wasn’t for knowing Lisa, I wouldn’t have come to your site (today). Look at how much I would have missed. My blog is a simple personal one and I’m not sure if that’s considered a “niche” and how using these tips can garner readers, but I’m trying! I think I’m pretty good with the Social Media practice. Gotta start somewhere.
