How to Subscribe to This Blog

Hey, how’s it going?  Thanks for stopping by my site.

I’m truly humbled that you’re taking the time to subscribe to my tips. I work hard to deliver actionable strategies to help you improve your site.

I also value your readership and want to make sure you can keep up with my latest content in a way that’s most convenient for you.

So take a moment to scan the subscription options below and subscribe using your most convenient method.

How to Subscribe via Email

This is the fastest option, and if you would rather receive my blog posts via email, simply enter your first name and email address in the box below.

The cool thing about being on my list is you will also receive exclusive content from time to time that I do not offer elsewhere.

Don’t worry.  I won’t clog your inbox with sales pitches and you can unsubscribe at any time.

You will receive an email that requires you to click the confirmation link in order to receive the emails.

I blog 2-4 times per month so you will be notified by email when I release a new post and have other newsworthy content to share.

If you only want to keep up with my blog posts and are not interested in any other email updates (or my exclusive, occasional free offers), see one of the options below.

How to Subscribe via Social Media

I always announce my new content and latest videos on social media.  So you can like my Facebook page, circle me on Google Plus and follow me on Twitter.

The downside to using social media as opposed to email or RSS (below) is it’s very easy to miss the updates if you aren’t checking your feed often.

So I’d highly recommend email over the other options here, but it’s up to you of course!

How to Subscribe With Firefox or Chrome

Firefox has a built-in RSS reader that is super easy to use.  Just click the Bookmarks link from the top menu and choose Subscribe to This Page.  Then select the feed you want to subscribe to.

Some blogs will offer multiple feeds (one for the main content, another for the comments, etc.).  Choose the feed you wish to subscribe to.

Select Live Bookmarks and Firefox will automatically add my site’s feed to your Bookmarks.

How easy is that?

Feel free to replicate this process for other sites you follow.

Chrome has an extension you can download called RSS Subscription Extension.  Once you install it, you can subscribe to as many blogs as you wish.

How to Subscribe With an RSS Reader

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and you can use any online RSS reader or app to subscribe to the latest content on this website.

For example, Feedly is a great choice because you can read my content on the Feedly browser extension (Chrome and Firefox) or mobile app (iPhone and Android).

Launch Feedly from Chrome or Firefox, by clicking the arrow in the lower-right-hand corner of your browser.  Firefox also adds the icon to the left of your address bar.

To subscribe to my site, simply select “Add Content/Website” and paste my blog address in the blank.

Other RSS Options

If you’re not a fan of Feedly and don’t like using services associated with Google, you can try Newsblur or The Old Reader.

Thanks for visiting and I’ll talk to you in the next post!  Click here to view my most recent posts.

Hi Lisa, Looked at your video on SEO. I’ve come to realize that when I have questions about web design and seo you are my source. I liked your analysis of Google and how they have changed over time. It’s easy to get stuck where things were in the past. In the past I had a couple of websites that I just gave up on because of Panda ext. Yes the content read like an text book — oh hummmm.
Change is hard. For me, your comments on Google and the way they do business is my roadmap to change. Like them or not its their show. Thanks, Merlin

    Hello Lisa,

First let me start by congratulating you. You have done what most people say they want to do but never seem to get it done. I am one of those people that have been saying for the longest “how can I make this internet work for me?’ The internet is not going anywhere so why not jump on the band wagon and start making money doing what you love.

It is time for me to get up and do something and I know that by following your techniques and guides that I can make this work for me. One day I would love to put in my two weeks notice and do what I love for a living. I have subscribed to your website and I’ve listened to a few podcast. My next step is to take the step by step course because I need my hand held throughout this process. Thank you for being selfless and sharing your knowledge and experience.

      Hi Tezma,

I am soooooooooo happy you decided to take the plunge! Take your time in determining your ANGLE and try to build a site that solves problems. That’s often a great approach.
