I’ve tried a few of these self serve ad management systems and I always come back to using a site like buysellads. The nice thing about that is you get free advertising for your advertising 🙂

Great blog and post cheers. How long has this site been running now? The only thing is I seem to be having slight technical difficulties getting to your RSS feed though. Bondara Voucher

Thanks Lisa, what would you consider to be the next best Ad Manager after OIO Publisher?

I use AdPeeps on 2createawebsite.com. I don’t know about “next best” because I haven’t tried a lot of ad mgmt systems but I do like that you can charge by impression.

No, you cannot use OIO with SBI! unless you use their InfiniIt! feature which would require another domain and regular host.

OIO Publisher is great. I have used it and this is a really great script for selling ads. You also get to keep %100 percent of your sales and another great thing is that it’s automated.

    Hi,
I was wondering if you can update us on how it is performing. I do not have your traffic yet but 2000+ visitors a day and 3.4 views per visitor, so we can all save some time.

Hey Lisa, thanks for this video. I’m used to selling ads directly over email, but it’s nice to learn the new ways of doing it. Thanks for your help with that. 🙂

May I ask, what do you use to make your Youtube videos? In the past I used Camstudio to record my screen.

Lisa are you a mind reader?

I like that kind of connection with people.

Even if they don’t know it…

I finally got frustrated with all the free banner rotators they seem to have horrendous support and issues.

So save yourself from the free stuff some things are worth paying for.

So I went with OIO also, I don’t have your traffic yet nor do I expect it in less than a year, but I’m still tinkering to figure out what people do and don’t click on.

Who Knows maybe I’ll never see the kind of traffic people dream of…

Saw this over the weekend in one of my research modes poynterextra dot org/eyetrack2004/main dot htm
Still having issues with tracking stats even with OIO…

My only issue with OIO is stats I don’t get any to display.

Any thoughts? I cheated and used their web installer maybe it’s broke.

Also tinkering with Google ad manager reminds me of my openx days… Not good.

Saw this over the weekend in one of my research modes poynterextra dot org/eyetrack2004/main dot htm.

Pretty interesting or scary however you look at it, but some good insight to assist anyone with setting up ads.

Well a little fragmented today welcome to the land of ADHD.

    Thanks for the video.

    Take Care

    Dave
