It turns out that I have done things very similarly to you. While I always concentrated on helping people get organized, I did the same thing with my videos and content. They were done haphazardly. I have over 300 videos and almost all of them were done on a whim. I put up a camera without even a topic in mind a lot of the times, and talked about what I felt like talking about that day.
I am a little afraid, because I have to restructure my business. Who am I selling to? How do I want to proceed?
My membership area was not done as it should have been, I can’t decide what plugin to go with and I want to deliver my product a lot more simply than I am now…
Phase II for me as well. The fact that we have found ourselves in the same boat is a clear indication that it has to be common place for people in business. Thanks for what you do and sharing your journey..
