I have a website called “Crippled Politics”, and I enjoyed your site to better assist me in maintaining it. In fact, it was through watching your tutorials on YouTube that I was able to learn how to use WordPress. Although there are other tutorials on YouTube about using WordPress, yours were the easiest to understand because you have a way of breaking down technical information into non-technical ways.
Right now, I’m going through a major problem with my WordPress site, that I really hope you can help me with. I have tried finding the answer to my problem elsewhere, including the WordPress website and various forums, but have been unsuccessful in finding the answer.
For some reason, I think I may have accidentally deleted my homepage, and I don’t know how to get it back. The content on my website shows up okay, whenever I post something new, but my entire sidebar (including all of my widgets) is gone. The theme I use is Twentyeleven, and my sidebar is on the right side of the page.
Obviously, since my content goes up on the site and is viewable, it is under some page, but I don’t know where. How can I fix this problem so that my content is under my homepage and my sidebar shows up with its widgets?
Thank you!
Lisa Irby says
Hi Blaine,
Were you using a static homepage or did you have posts on your homepage? Did you change your theme? Sometimes a theme change can delete your widgets but you can add them back by going to the Widgets area and dragging them back over.
Blane Beckwith says
Lisa,
I didn’t have a static homepage, and my content was on my homepage. I have never changed my theme, and have always used Twentyeleven. My site, or more properly, my blog has been online since November 2012, with no real problems. This problem has been going on for about two months, and I don’t know what to do to put my site back to where it was. Without the sidebar, it really looks incomplete.
Thanks!
Lisa Irby says
When you go to your widgets area do you have anything there? After all that’s where the sidebar is created.
Blane Beckwith says
Yes, when I go to my widgets area, they are all still there. However, none of them are showing up on whatever page my content shows up on. In other words, when I view my blog my entire sidebar is gone.
Lisa Irby says
OK that is VERY weird. Not sure what to say to that.

Hi Lisa,
I do currently have a website but I’m not really working it right now. It was a website for fun. Now I want to build one for my business. I subscribed to your newsletter because I’ve been reading your website for a while now (few years). You provide such great information and now that I’m ready to build a business I figured it would be best to get as much information from you as I could. You’re like my virtual mentor. 🙂 I don’t think I have any challenges at the moment. I’m not sure if there is any information I’m looking for to build my business that you don’t already provide. I’m just trying to digest it all. Thanks for this awesome website. It’s has truly been my guide.
Martina says
I wanted to thank you for great videos that helped me not to make a huge mistake and throw a lot of pre site building work away. Actually, I considered to start with a free website and move up. Thank you!
I would like to know what can we offer to our subscribers if we don’t have any digital product? For example, my site will be about my home improvement projects and some thoughts on working women in general. I would like to have something really different from the regular newsletters.
Lisa Irby says
Hi Martina, Any reason you are going to focus on two very different subjects on one site? It’s really better to keep your content niche instead of two unrelated topics.
You can always create an ebook on “how to” do something related to home improvement. Think about what your core audience would need and want? What would they find valuable? You said yourself you want to do something different so try to come up with a giveaway that is unique and relevant for your niche.

Hi Lisa , looking on the web for a solution for a webapp I’m going to build I saw your tutorial on youtube. I have to say that I like the way you teach, its very clear and comprehensive.
In the past I’d build some webistes but never took css classes in depth. I new some html and I did a project once with xml formatting object like xslt-fo. But then
I moved on a new job in system administration for IBM and Windows servers and also as database administrator (SQL server) and now for my current job I’m working as a developer so I have to analyse business procedures and translate them into applications. For my project I want to build a neat web aplication with css. It has to be simple but good. I was looking for some free templates and I am testing some of you’re posted templates. I have to say tha I liked your approach and the job you’r doing with this website may the Lord bless you . regards Gerard

I don’t have a website at the momnent. I have been successfully selling craft products on ebay for aboput a year. It has been going well but I think I should have a website. I had one website before that I spent quite a bit of money developing and I didn’t sell ANYTHING, so I closed it down. That was a women’s accessories website. Now I think I will open a craft website. I also still have a nice line of pearls. I am just trying to figure out what service I should use to build the site. Any ideas on a company I can use that is super easy and very resonable?
Thanks,
Susan

Hello,
I want to learn what I can about ad sense- I thought I was fairly smart until I tried to sit down and read it and make sense of it. Your videos have helped a great deal! I help individuals decide if they want to start a business or non profit. I also provide workshops on Domestic Violence and Stopping the Cycle of Violence. After watching your videos- I have decided to not put ad sense on my professional website but on my other blogs.
As a side note- I also follow your natural hair tutorials on you tube!

I am by no means more than an amateur when it comes to the Internet. I built a website just for the fun of it from scratch several (about 10) years go which was hosted through my ISP’s free website space. When I lost all the files saved while creating the site (the computer crashed, and the files had not yet been backed up to DVDs), I just let it go for awhile until I could get back in to work on it. Unfortunately, it currently does not display correctly; some coding got corrupted and the original index page went from a 3-colun page to a single column page. I could not relocate the information to correct it, so I looked at you building site and using your free online design for a two column page, have started redesigning my page by copying the old content into to the new format. So far, it is working quite well, BUT, I have run into a problem. The text on one column appears to continue into the next column on the same line. This is because there is no margin spacing or indent on either column. Text begins right on the border of the page on both columns. Even though the columns are different colors, the text still appears to run across both columns. I’ve forgotten how to fix this. I’d appreciate instructions on to how to place border spacing between the columns, both vertically and horizontally.
Dan says
Lisa, Figured out the spacing problem by trial and error on a side page. Still, it wouldn’t hurt for instructions for doing this to be added to your main web building site.

Hi Lisa,
We are starting up a “reborn silicone doll” business. These are life size baby dolls that look lifelike. Doll collectors go CRAZY over them. We now sell our vinyl dolls on eBay, but are not real happy with all of the fees, non paying customers, ect.
So as we venture into our new business we wanted to be able to advertise and sell on our own website. We are totally computer illiterate!!! After watching several “self help” videos, your seems to be the easiest to understand and follow. You also give an abundance of information that we seriously needed 🙂
Did I mention that we are computer illiterate 😉
We are very happy to have found you and are looking forward to getting a website up and going in the very near future.

Hi Lisa,
I am Chris, I am interested in your site as it covers many fundamentals of ecommerce. As a former business student at Coventry University, School of Business, I understand some of the science and art of commercial enterprise. As it as been eleven years since my academic discipline, and I mainly read the fundamentals of conventional commerce, I think it most appropriate to analyse the new issues of marketing, niche, penetration, competitive fundamentals and, last but not least, unique selling points of this digital equivalent. As you possess competence of both theoretical and pragmatism, I think that you are well suited to advance me to the cutting edge of ecommerce.
I have much time and think that such a course of endeavour, would utilise my time better. You asked about other issues and as I do not believe that one should ever mix business with pleasure, I will not delve into my personal paradigm. However, I think it most appropriate that I investigate this, I am relying on you to help me make money and I think that our new connections on the social networks, will allow us to communicate in real time, I do not know if your schedule follows a daily routine or is ad hoc. Due to the fact that I in the UK, follow Greenwich mean time, and you are in the USA, I am sure that you will take this into account.
I look forward to our new dialogue into the current issues of digital commerce and I hope it will embrace the ethos of lucrative advancement. Feel free to contact me and do have a good day.

Hi Lisa,
Nice job on content and training. I’am a mainframe programmer for a Healthcare provider. My passion is guitar and songwriting. I am in a duo with my S.O. and we are called Lumina. I taught guitar using a lighter but effective approach to guitar theory and had some great success with students. I found you by looking at adwords and adsense and just followed your thread. So here’s what I want to do:
1) Learm WORDpress and advance my technical expertise
2) Create a free guitar lesson website and promote it with social media
3) Start a long-term online revenue generator with adwords and adsense
4) Promote our original music “WEARELUMINA” on YouTube
My guitar training is content and video heavy so I believe that’s where my biggest challenge resides. I’ve already begun work on it digitally.
I’m sure I can figure out most of what I need to do and I listened to your 26 minute tutorial. I have in the past maintained a WP blog for a veterans resouce group so I have some background.
Thanks for the intro and help. I’ll be in touch.
With Regards, Ed

Hi Lisa,
I’m interested in creating a website or blog and am in the learning/info collection phase. Your blog posts and videos have been so helpful and I want to thank you for that.
My biggest challenge now is … (drum roll) topic choice. I’m a stay at home mom and feel like I could offer a lot of useful information on several topics (training for a race when you have kids, going on vacation, etc.) but not enough content to go deep and create a website on any one. I was also thinking about a blog, and wondering about marketing myself as a stay at home mom with knowledge on several topics family related. My struggle is deciding between a niche like “stay at home mom” which I know is too broad or “going on vacation with kids” (for example) for which I have less content. I’m trying to figure out the best way to pull my expertise together when I feel more like a jack of all trades.
Any input or feedback you could provide would be so helpful.
Thanks for everything you do, Lisa!

Hi Lisa! I work in the travel industry and my husband (he’s the techie one) and I are just beginning stages of creating a professional blog using WordPress. I’m not new to blogging, but new to that tool. I found you doing a search on smart niche websites, and purchased your book / workbook (still working through it). Biggest challenge is getting a handle on how to create our ‘voice’ in the cacophony of travel writers and sellers. I may have a more specific question in the next week. thanks for sharing your knowledge! Amy
Lisa Irby says
Hey Amy,
Good luck! I think as you continue to write, your voice will develop over time. It took me some time as well but just getting out there and seeing how people respond is a great way to get a feel. Sometimes just doing it is the best remedy. I wish you all the best!

Hi Lisa,
I’m working on creating a website/blog for cooking tips and recipes. First off I’m not sure if I want to create a website or to create a blog. And since there are SO many of these types of websites out there, what tips do you have for making the one i create competitive. To be honest, since I’m just starting off, any type of information you are willing to share with me about this type of website/blog would be awesome!
You’re website is amazing, super helpful and easy to understand.
Thanks!
Lisa Irby says
Hi MG
It’s less about the format and more about what makes sense for your visitors. A blog simply means that your content is organized by date instead of logic. If you go with WordPress, you can have both static and dynamic content. So you might have part of your site that is organized by date and parts of your content that is static.
To make your site competitive it’s about your information and approach. What is missing in the niche I’m going to tackle and how can I make my content stand out? Who really needs my info? What do they search for?
Answer those questions and how you layout your content will all come together. Be careful of getting caught up in the little details. A blog is just a kind of website but the organization of the site will depend on what makes sense for how you are trying to convey info.

The more I listened, the more I discovered that what you are doing is exactly what I want to do in the business. I would like to learn more about how to begin in the business. How does someone start from scratch and not only make money but build something with some substance?
My biggest challenge is that I’m starting from scratch and I have a limited income.
Lisa Irby says
Hi Charles
I think the key to starting off on the right foot is to take your time identifying something that is in demand and working hard to build up a website that meets that demand. Instead of focusing so much on what you’re going to sell, focus on who and how you’re going to help a given audience. Hard to go wrong if you really focus on that in the beginning. Of course you have to research ways to make money on the site and some niches are better than others but if you do that first part you’re ahead of most.

Hi and a big Thank you Lisa, for actually writing about websites, content, search engines and links that is easy to read understand and is current information.
My partner and I have just launched our site cheapfancydress.co.uk and honestly just want to get it right this time!
We do have another site but it has fallen victim to bad links and farm links, yes as you probably guessed it has a penalty now from Google.
We have spent the last 18 months trying to get the bad links removed, we have tried everything even hand writing to who’ who owner of the sites links but no luck, we have asked for links to be disavowed via web master and re submitted the site but as of yet no result.
It has been a massive financial burden on us personally and our business has suffered but I am not a quitter.
So we put everything into building a new site new domain new content new everything with no link to the old site what so ever, it was released on Friday 31st May and it is already on page 2 for our key search term cheap fancy dress, we are absolutely thrilled and orders have started to come in too.
We have only submitted to search engines, Google, Bing and Yahoo, I did a face book like page that only has 23 likes at the moment.
We are so scared to do any SEO on the site via any paid company as you can imagine we don’t want to go down the same route as last site, and don’t know who to trust or believe any more as we thought the last lot of SEO companies were doing a good job on the now penalized site.
So to help I am busy reading blogs learning and putting what I think is good advice into action myself no outside help, no SEO company just me.
We can not afford to fail on this site, we have been trading on line for over 15 years and I owe it to our devoted team of hard working staff to keep trading as they have stuck by us through some very difficult and challenging times.
Any way Lisa we will continue to read your blogs and hopefully pick up lots of tips along the way.Just about to down load your book too.
Thanks Sam

Good Morning Lisa,
My name is Cary and I am new to this and have been watching you on YouTube for the last week or so.
I do not have a website at this time but plan on having one very soon.
I subscribed to you news letter because you seem to be genuine and care about your viewers and subscribers.
This is something that I have wanted to do for some time and since learning about you and how things were when you started out and where you are today really appeals to me. I retire in about 13 months and would like to have a couple or few sites up and running within that time. I understand that I way not make anything for some time, however from what I do understand that if I can lay the ground work down and make sure I have a good foundation; that when one or more sites do pick up a decent amount of traffic combined with the extra free time I’ll have, hopefully things will begin happening which will allow me to do some of the things that I have neglected myself of because by nature I am a giver way before a taker. With that being said I have had many many people through the years tell me that I should treat myself to thing other that helping everyone else. I know that you need to help yourself before you can help other, I get that, but that is not what I do. I have been that way my whole life.
My biggest challenge for me, there are actually a couple; One is just old fashion fear of failing, which I am sure is most peoples challenge. Secondly would be finding that niche. I know that there are things that I know, then I ask myself do I really know enough to start something like this. Again this is where fear shows itself along with confidence.

Hi Lisa,
You have already answered a few of my emails which I really appreciate. I just had a website designed by Brainhost. I thought I could take the outline that gave me and make the changes to make it mine. As you know, I haven’t had much luck so far. Every thing on line tells how to make a website, but there isn’t a lot on how to make changes to an existing website. I am hoping to use the website to start blogging and advertising. Using a website is new to me and so is blogging. I don’t have any titles and I am not an expert so I have not gotten into blogging cause I didn’t feel like I could write about anything, but so many people have said that I could write about a lot of things. I am 70, I have 8 great-grandchildren, I owned my own cleaning business for 25 years, plus all the things you learn just by being alive for 70 years. I don’t know, but I guess I’ll give it a try. I have read a lot of your website advice and trying to learn as much as I can. I am also trying to learn how to use a lot of the sites you recommend.
Terry says
Hi Rosemary
Good on ya for giving it a go.
Your life experience should be a good blogging topic.
Everyones’ got a story & you should tell yours.
You probably just need to ensure there is a bridge that links to what younger people are looking for.
Anyway, just my thoughts.
Good Luck

Hey Lisa, your site is amazing and I visit it everyday reading new tips and learning various ways to not only make money with my website but to create traffic with my website and build a community around my niche :). I’m only 16 but my aspiration to work online has been just growing and might be a possible career I wish to take.!
1.) Yes I have quite a few websites actually. I have 1 static site, 1 blog, and a static site which I am currently working on. My blog was actually just a simple school assignment with only 10 posts needed but I was quite surprised to realized that it has 100 + views! I have a second blog but it’s a Tumblr blog and I don’t really know is that counts.
2.) I subscribed to your newsletter because of the fact that I visit your website everyday. I figured that instead of going to the same page everyday and going on random posts that could be from even years ago, I can subscribe to your newsletter and get up to date news on new content that you post which will keep me more informed.,
3.) I would LOVE to learn more about traffic building and more about SEO and even some HTML so I can also learn more about editing my site to suite my needs. I might only be 16 but boy do I know a lot about things most people my age don’t so I would like to learn more about these types of things. But it’s mostly traffic building and what I can do to promote my site so that people will want to come back and maybe even buy products which I can promote. Oh!, I would also like to learn more teenagers trying to make money online and what they are doing to drive traffic to sites built by them!
4.) My most major problem is Adsense. Lisa, I’ll have to be honest with you, I was 14 when I got Adsense, and being so young, I did not listen to rules, so (thinking I could cheat the system) I would go to different places and click on my ads or even ask family from halfway across the world to do the same. Boy, was that a stupid mistake. Obviously I got disabled. I ruined my chances in the future of earning what could have been “easy money”. But I knew that couldn’t have been my only motivation so I being again with Chitika, and I am not clicking on my own ads this. I learned my lesson! But I feel it will be challenging to earn a lot of money because I won’t have Adsense on my side.
VIDEO IDEA!: I was hoping you could make a video made exclusively for teens and anything to do with a future in online money making and the career requirements and/or benefits that come from a job like that. !

Good Day Lisa,
I am a husband and a father of (9) children and have been married now for 13 1/2 years. Majority of my work experience has been in transportation industry for 15 years, back office banking(did’t really like it/a pay check), security and the last (7) years with an Adult men pre-release program; on call, part-time program monitor(security/watch residents & monitor resident in/out of program by a security software), program supervisor overnight and know a case manager. (short version of work history)
I have the basic foundation of MS and learn some by research/testing and asking question. I would like to create online cash (I am patient), it would be nice to call something my own. A associate referred me to wordpress and I did start a website to try it out without any idea were I was going with it. I was reluctant to show it but here I am and ready to learn something new and do the work.
I am struggling financially, my wife was currently diagnose with an illness and other health issues, that I will not include. She is a stay home mom and takes good care of our (4) children at home (including one that needed to come back that fell into hard times).
Had to scroll back to the top of this page to remember the four question and if I answered them all. My biggest challenge is what is my niche/what do I have to offer?

1. I do have a website. I’ve had it since 2008. It started off as a blogspot, then in 2011, I converted to .com. It’s more of a niche website, about running. I’ve got a few ads on it (adsense, commission junction and amazon.com affiliate stuff). I’m beginning to think that to really monetize, I’ll need to either publish more content or create a subdomain and promote selling fitness items, running gear, etc.
2. I subscribed to your newsletter because every time I google how to do something with a website, your stuff always popped up on the first page of search. Figured you are knowledgeable and have already learned a few tips. Thanks.
3. There is sooo much more I need to learn. So, i’ll just leave it at that. My fledgling site needs a lot of work and I just wanna get better at it everyday (when Im not doing my full-time job).
4. Like I said earlier, biggest challenge is getting enough people to come to my site. And trying to make it relevant in terms of ads/content.

What a long list of testimonials – congratulations! I just retired a year ago and thought it might be helpful to others to blog my experiences as well as offer a chat room for seniors to interact. With the boomers starting to retire en-masse there should be a large number of potential subscribers. I see a content site with membership required for chat privileges. Just got the domain name and web hosting…I plan to read your book and use it as a guide.

Hey Larry! Look into using Premise for your membership site (if you’re using WordPress). I use their landing page module and love it!

Hi you sent me an email after I joined your list. First thing is your are fantastic and your videos are very informative. You have a very pleasant and inciteful way of explaining things, I assume you were a teacher at one point. The only negative I have is that you wanted a response from me but this list of responses is so long you might not see it. Anyway I really like your videos and you have already helped me. I was going t start a blog on my journey to try to make money. Do it step by step blah blah blah have advertisements etc. But as you were saying in “create a niche” will anyone want to go to my site if I am not actually helping them make money because I wouldn’t be at first. So now my idea is to do a blog on something I enjoy. So my thought is the nfl. To be precise the nfl for beginners. I did a search and their isn’t much and the sites are not very professional. I could write articles and answer questions etc. I am from Canada and a lot of the people I watch the game with don’t actually know much about the game. Also I have noticed a lot more women are starting to watch. So I could explain strategies etc. I was going to create a blog with hostgator. Anyway I am not sure if clickbank would have products related to this. So what do you think of this idea? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Lisa Irby says
Hey Cory,
Have you also checked to see how many people are actually searching “NFL for Beginners”? Is that your target? THAT’s really what you need to be sure of before you start your site. There may not be a lot of sites covering this, but is that because demand is low?
First, you need to ensure people are actually searching for this niche and HOW they are searching it before jumping in. Check out the Google AdWords Keyword Tool. Do some “Exact Match” searches. If the demand is below 3,000 for the area you want to target, that’s a sign there isn’t much demand for a full blown niche site.

Hey thanks I will do that.

Yes… http://www.paraperderbarriga.com
2) Why did you subscribe to my newsletter?
To lean more about how to market better my website and how to make a living of it.
3) What would you like to learn more about? Please be specific.
I have quite a lot of traffic (45.000 visits a month), my followers like my stuff and trust me, I email them weekly and post videos every week. I also have some affiliate products to sell but hardly anybody buys. I’m a personal trainer and coach and also offer my services in these areas. People send in their inquieries, show interest, ask for more info and when I answer them, they don’t get back to me.
4) What is your biggest challenge right now? (if any)
Not knowing how to write emails, sales pages, posts etc that sell. I don’t feel comfortable selling to people, I don’t like being sold to…
Thanks for your great website and support!
Wish you all the best
Sylvia 🙂

Hello Syliva,
One of the keys I’ve found to selling from an info site is giving away a lot of good information that people don’t expect to get for free. Then I weave in relevant products. People are so wowed by the free info they don’t mind buying and they don’t feel “sold to” as you stated. Have you tried this approach with products you are affiliated with? How do you typically promote products?
Delton says
Pretty sure I found you through ” facebook”.
I’ve been online since 2006=just a dabbler until now. Put up a couple of websites …spent a couple pounds(weight) of money. Just didn’t have the gumption to do anything besides physical labor.
That’s changed! I have got to take care of myself in my old age.
My website is currently being hosted by moms wed. When I purchased web hosting, domain name, I also acquired 15 weeks training/internship with Kelly McCausey of solosmarts dot com.
I subscribed to your newsletter because of the GREAT information you’re sharing here. I specifically want to learn best methods regarding affiliate marketing=creating benefits for my customers, pod casting, video marketing. My biggest challenge right now, always is=going to change, scattering my focus.
Thank You! Lisa

Hi Lisa,
So glad I found you! Well for starters, I am a fulltime professor (business & marketing) where I teach at a university. I developed a class which teaches students to use social media to drive potential consumers (eventually they become loyal customers) to their website via social media ( FaceBook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Ironically, I have a domain name (but no website) but because I am pretty consumed with consulting small businesses (a niche market I have in mind to develop via website, blogging, speaking engagements, webinars, ebooks etc.) , and teaching full time ( and adjunct online), my time has been pretty limited. I started searching today for information for YouTubes on how to monetize blogs and website and found YOU!!! I love your videos, blogs, and websites! My goal is to continue teaching my students all that I learn but also create a business out of what I have learned about social media and building websites via templates ( I know you not very fond of them because of their limitations) for now! I want to soak up your stuff you provide and others marketers you recommend. I am following quite a few others like you who have changed their lives and created a profitable online business. Therefore, what I want from your newsletters is more of what you offer…simple as that!! I figure as you learn, I will learn, and as you teach, I will learn! So look as me as your mentee! Thanks for following through on “your vision” and looking forward to getting to mine as well with your help.

Hi Lisa
I came across your Youtube videos because I wanted to know more about adsense. I have been rejected once and can now see that it was because I didn’t have enough content.
I have watched quite a few of your videos and thought they were so straightforward, informative and sincere. I especially like the one about the mistakes you have made and knowing that it has taken you years to get where you are today gives me hope.
My issue is that I started of with a weight loss/keeping fit blog but have realized that it’s too general and unless I narrow it down in some way it’s not going to work. My other blog http://www.familypartygames.blogspot.co.uk which I am much more passionate about and have a great deal of experience with may work if I can get enough traffic to it. It’s not one of the niches I was advised to do but I would rather work with this one and make less money. I still think I need to make it unique in some way so that I don’t fall into the trap like last time with the weight loss blog.
I subscribed to your newsletter because I would like to know more about getting targeted traffic to my site and different ways to montize it.

Hi Lisa
I just downloaded your book – have not had a look at it yet.
As said in previous comments to you – I do have 2 webites linked together but they have not been created for very long yet – do I quote the domain names here or not? I took a chance and just did anyway (box above).
My specific problem is that there is so much to learn – so just knowing where to begin is the problem.
What I usually do is keep re-watching the/your tutorials until I start to form an idea in my mind and then make a start.
I am 66 almost and very keen to start a full time (eventually) online business and I have to learn about things like linking to Facebook/Twitter etc but one step at a time.
Making the time and learning to prioritise (spellcheck) is skill I have to learn too – only so much time/energy

Dear Lisa
I found your WordPress Youtube videos today and I think they are great – thankyou.
I don’t want to name my website here yet because I am having some security problems at the moment- it might be because I asked the guy who set it up for me to link 2 seperate domain names.
I would like to buy your book but Paypal said I could not pay for it through them at this time for some reason
Any chance of buying the book as hardcopy some time as I am not sure about having the right program to view it on my pc
Lisa Irby says
Hi George
All you need is adobe acrobat reader and it’s free. It comes free with computers these days and if you don’t have it you can always download it. I don’t have a hard copy because I update it constantly with things changing so much.
